The Daily Mail in the UK today reported that Brian dropped one of his hand-made guitars during the Brixton gig. Apparently it hit the stage and broke into two pieces ....
Anyone know anything about this ????
"The Mail is not a jokey newspaper"
...so you believed the story about Prince Charles & Harry shopping for lingerie, accompanied by crap pics of non-lookalikes?
Also check out the BMW ad.
I made this post as a serious question, and I would prefer not to be ridiculed by a bunch of disrespectful people who are out to make fun of, or criticise, any posting made on the forum ..
Thanks guys
Ok - I didn't see it happen during the gig and I have not seen it reported anywhere except in your post.
Did you see it happen at the gig ?
Maybe the Daily Mail got it wrong ?
Ooooooooooooohhhhhhh, get her!
1. Brian did not drop any guitar during the Brixton concert.
2. Only one of his guitars was personally hand-made
3. If you think that the above posts are somehow mocking you, then you're way too sensitive for us naughty people...

I'll be there.. Just let me know what you are wearing.. I will be the one in a black t-shirt.. oh and blue jeans.. and glasses.. wait a sec.. why should I argue with you.. oh.. it wasn't an OPEN invitation to anyone.. I see.. sorry.. Whew.. saves me loads on an airline ticket.. plus it is kinda hard for me to get a passport at the moment...
Er..personally hand made, as in hand made by Brian, which I felt was the inference in the Mail's quote.
Thanks for offering to fight me though. I think that's the first such offer I've had since I turned 18. I'll pass thanks...I wouldn't want to spend any more time in Wales than strictly necessary.
Maybe you could beat yourself up, just to prove that you're a proper hardman, not just some adolescent overdosing on all this testosterone suddenly released into your pubescent bloodstream.
the mail on sunday is a total joke, well the pop music reporter is, the headline reads "QUEEN ARE BACK AND ARE JUST AS BAD"the little boy who wrote the review basically said queen are rubbish and all the songs they have written and played are crap, and the same goes for paul rodgers a poor talentless singer,he should stick to raving about "talented musicians"like a1,one true voice, and all the supermarket muzak he must think is wonderful, rumor has it he has 911 posters on his bedroom wall.
A guitar WAS dropped. It was just after Rodgers played the CLTCL intro - I have no idea what guitar it was (maybe Rodgers acoustic?), but all there was on the stage floor was the shell of a guitar.

But the guitar that he played CLTCL on was a fancy "outline only" guitar, so it was only a "shell" even before it was "dropped" (and I have to say my memory is that it was handed to a roadie, and there's no recorded "thunk" of it being dropped on the recording)
