Paul pledges allegiance
Paul Rodgers, one-time frontman with Free and Bad Company, is fitting in with Queen, with whom he is touring and plays at the Palacio Del Los Deportes tonight, and has now pledged his allegiance to the cause by getting a Queen tattoo.
The singer, 56, has had the Queen crest, made famous on the cover of their ‘A Night at the Opera’ album tattooed on his right upper arm.
In Madrid on Friday he commented ‘After the welcome the Queen fans gave me on Monday I really feel part of the band and this is my pledge of allegiance’.
The crest was designed by original Queen frontman Freddie Mercury in the 1970s.
