I enter (free) The band name, song name, the same main page comes up. What am I dong wrong?
I won't download. I am miserable at technological stuff. Woe is me.

You have to go to the bottom of the pages, click the Free button, wait for the count-down on the bottom of the next page to hit 0 and reveal a download link.
