P.S. "Bohemian Rhapsody" by Dream Theater is part of a track called "The Big Medley". I have a recording of TYMD credited to LA Guns, but I imagine that it's Velvet Revolver. V. |

Should we just upload covers into this thread for everyone to share? I have a few of the ones John is missing, and there are quite a few I'd like. If we all upload our covers to here, we can all "share the music" :) |

I reckon Freddie would have loved it. OK, forget that. I followed the link and checked it out. She's obviously a rising star in the land of the rising sun. |

As promised, here are a feew covers from me: link link link I need help identifying the last one. I don't think that it's by LA Guns - I think that this is the Velvet Revolver version of the songs. Anyone? V. |

Just out of curiosity - has anyone ever heard any of the tracks on my "Covers - Wanted" list? Are these versions any good, or are they a load of b*llocks? |

She's obviously a rising star in the land of the rising sun. If you'd like to know, her album "Exodus" was her debut in the western English territories, and was released last year. Also, I just found an interview she did with our Brian May a few years on the phone (unsure of year), which can be downloaded in parts at: link Neat. Never thought she'd have a slight more connection with Queen than I thought. |

Are these versions any good, or are they a load of b*llocks?Of the ones left, I don't think I've heard any other than Robert Plant doing Crazy Little Thing Called Love. But that was live at the FM Tribute, and I'm sure you've heard that. Do you mean he has recorded a studio version? There is one listed (TYMD by Various Artists) I'm not sure of. I have mp3s of a cd called Dragon Attack which features that song. But there are only 11 tracks. TYMD is one of them though (no 7). Could it be that one or is it another compilation you are thinking of? I'd love to hear Radiohead doing CLTCL. That'd be cool. |

Sorry to drag this thread up after such a long retirement but I just stumbled upon it. Anyway, Mr. Stuart, if you're still looking for the Butch Walker cover of Bo Rhap, I have a few copies of it. Its pretty interesting (live, so the operatic part is more of an audience sing-a-long). Also includes him doing a version of Under Pressure, which is VERY good. |

Hello, John. I just stumbled on this thread. Because I've downloaded your Polar Bear, here is a small gift from me. Peter Nagy : Láska je tu s nami. I don't know why it's in your cover list, but it sounds slightly like We Will Rock You.BTW a greta song, it was a big hit here in Slovakia about 20 years ago, so here's the rapidshare link link |

Interesting, that's the same girl who did the phone interview with Brian. She definitely seems like a person, and WOW, can she ever sing! That's no easy song to sing, as is most of Freddie's material. Impressed. David Jones wrote: I've got Tenacious D's version of Flash somewhere, I'll see if I can dig it out.
