Sorry to correct you, but that session on July 31st 1967 was at Regent Sound, not Abbey Road. How do I know ? I was there, playing bass guitar (and piano) as part of the Left Handed Marriage.
So John F, Bill Richards claims you guys were in Regent Sound July 28th - and you 31st. Was this a protracted three day session, or is Bill's memory starting to go?
Do you still have your "She Was Once My Friend" 7” edit acetate, or, has that too been lost to the passage of time?
I apologize for bringing up an old topic, but I just noticed this thread as I was searching. Here is the tracklisting of Crazy Chain for anyone that is interested.

2. 2:36 Give Me Back My Friend
3. 2:46 My Special Day
4. 3:13 Sugar-Lump Girl
5. 2:31 Crazy Chain
6. 3:18 A Little Less
7. 3:32 Marrying King

For clarification: Remember only tracks 14, 15 & 16 are of any value to Queen fans as these were recorded in the 1960's and feature Brian May.
The remainder of the tracks (1 - 13) were recorded in the early 1990's, when the band briefly reformed without Brian.
A better investment would be the original Left Handed Marriage LP - On The Right Side Of The Left Handed Marriage. Although this too contains no Brian, it is at least an authentic 1960's recording.
