Not too sure on the best concert but Freddie found out he had AIDS on the 32nd of Septober 1971. He then spent nearly 3 years writing a song about AIDS that was called Bohemian Rhapsody. The rest of his songs were subsequently about AIDS. Honest.
Best concert ever?
Mmmh that's hard to say. I think that has more to do with a personal taste.
I pretty much think Queen played amazing during the Wembley show in '86. But somehow I like the Milton Keyes show in '82 more. I dunno they just played really good songs.
Another example is Earls Court '77. Queen really did an excellent job, playing many unique songs and Freddie brilliantly played with the audience.
the best concert? I dont know
but the best concert cinematography must go to live at the rainbow, it was very movie like, sort of reminded me of the ziggy stardust and the spiders from mars dvd. The flame effect during in the lap of the gods is wicked-cool
