At this rate it'll take 20 odd years for Queen to release their full catlogue on DVD A 5.1.
REM (or their audio engineers) did it practically one go, so why can't Queen?
Does Brian have to be present at every single new re mix? Can't he delegate?

I reallt don't like DVDA because it is not as practical as CD. The only thing that can play DVDA is a DVD player. Also I have heard that in order to tell the difference you need a really really good sound system. I don't think DVDA is that marketable now either

I have this very simple home theather, a very cheap one, and the Queen DVD-As sound awesome. There is an enourmous difference in the sound. Go buy them! :)

I'm not going to say that dvd is available in every home. But since it's release, dvd players have become almost as common as having a cd player. The reason to jump to dvd-a is that it holds a better sound and as ogre knew above, they sound excellent.

A myth if ever I heard one. I've listened on a tv, computer speaker system, my studio speakers and even my brothers expensive hi-fi. They all sound different. But what you can't say, is that an equivalent cd sounds the same or better.
Peace,
Adam.
Errr....DVDs are restricted because they can only play on DVD players?????
Have you ever tried putting a cassette in your CD player? The SAME PRINCIPLE APPLIES.
Except, a DVD player CAN play CDs.
Yep... agree with the above. Even on a cheapie system they sound fantastic. although ADATR was announced as the next DVD-A - no time scale was mentioned... we could be in for a long wait.
