...And there's no colour version of Days Of Our Lives (except animation scenes and Disney's pink version if it could be called as 'colour version') although photos and 'making of' footages are in colour! Is it strange?

Photos in colour, video in b/w. Whats so strange about it (hope you are only joking, you can't be so dumb)?
whowantstoliveforever88: Why where they in b/w in the first place?
To disguise the fact that Freddie was dying of AIDS - as heavy make-up is easier to conceal in B&W.
The video was shot in colour. (Nowadays - there is no such thing as B&W video). The colour is removed later - usually for atmospheric or similar moody effect.
It's a shame, id like to have seen a color one. I'm sure a recolor is possible. B/W is hard to distginguish and at first when the chair spins around, i had no clue what it was. HOWEVER. the feather cape was in color and so was john at the end. I have also seen pictures of freddie and the rest in poses not included in the video. Is there another version altogether?
Freddie has what was supposedly Kaposi's sarcoma before he died. It's a type of cancer that people with bad immune systems get; it manifests itself as large purple blotches on the skin. Freddie had heavy makeup on to conceal some of them, but even with the makeup, the blotches looked like bruises. That's why they decided that the video should be in B&W.
Did they go away? in some of the later pictures, say may-october 1991, he idn't have anything reminiscent of the sort. Of course he was thin and bony (oh how i hate being so morbid!) but his skin was completely clear. Believe me, i have seen Kaposi's Sarcoma.
On one of the threads!...
Were his cheeks padded? Wow! He looked healthy in that video, sort of, and in these are the days of our lives, thin, but healthy. There was one pic in october '91, he was deathly thin, but otherwise kind of normal. no blotches
That wouldn't be the one already on here labelled Aug 1991?
I initially thought I'd get angry about it being put up - but seeing the pic just made me sad.

No, he is standing in his yard with one of his cats (goliath, i think!)
The one where he is in his yard is from Sept. 1991, and is the last know photogragh.
I know of no October 1991, and really wouldn't want to see it anyway.
KS or Kaposi's Sarcoma can come and go...which it probably did with Freddie. A friend of mine battled with it for 4 years before he died. It is generally not a deadly form of cancer...really just bothersome. It usually first shows up on your legs and/or face. It can grow in your throat and lungs (which it did with my friend). It can be painful and disheartning for the person it affects. Usually, radiation is used in combination with oral chemotherapy to help reduce it around the body. Freddie must have spent a considerable amount of money to pay for private radiation treatments to reduce the cancer...because that kind of treatment isn't cheap!
Yeah, he had blotches all over his face, that's why he has such a make-up in the video. He also wore a pullover under his shirt and his coat not to look too... skinny. The "making of" is in color, it'll be in the "extra portion" of the future GVHIII.
Hmmm. It's amazing though - in that video he looks, well I dunno, reasonably good. I mean you could pretend he was just going through a funny phase, as celebrities do, when they experiment with a macrobiotic diet or some crazy crap like that.
Mind you, by These are the days of our lives, there was no hiding the illness.

He looked relatively healthy in TATDOOL!
More to the point, i've seen that one plenty of times. (Not that I wanted to!) I've seen worse pictures of him!
