Queen are proud of the fact that they hardly used synths, not up until radio ga ga. but correct me if i'm wrong but isn't there one on killer queen now and again. or if it isn't how is the electronic effect produced

Brian, The Red Special and The Deaky Amp could produced a lot of non-guitar sounds.
Queen always made a point about not using synths until they succumbed with "Play The Game" the first official song to feature an Oberheim OBX synth on The Game album. Went OTT with synths on Hot Space with a disco/funk sound and used synth bass lines instead of John's bass on Body Language & Dancer? Queen's best albums with synths is Innuendo.

Yes, but why did you reply to me with this?

They did a lot of non-guitar sound. In fact they did a lot of sounds that are like synths. That's why they put No Synthesisers! on the albums :)
See I allways thought that it woould have been Roger to push through the synth idea (Listen to his albums), so if i'm right then surely Rock It would have been the first.
What's the big deal anyway? The Beatles were using synths in 1969 - listen to Abbey Road (Maxwell's silver hammer and Here comes the sun to name but two). Remember there are whole songs by Queen that are purely synthetic (apart from vocals obviously!) Drum machine, sequenced bass and synths. Whatever the song needs...
Brian was always experimenting with his Guitar sound e.g. 'Guitar Orchestrations' Multi Track layers overdubs etc
A lot of people would think that it was a 'Synthesiser' or 'Tapes'( if it was a 'Live" Show) but it was actually Brian being a Wizard with the Red Special
That's why you get the 'No Synthesisers' branded on those 70's Albums
Its Actually Brian if that makes sense!!
A Synthesiser looks like a Keyboard and it produces artificial Sound
It was more useful in the 80's and it saved Brian lots of Time in the Studio
He was Amazing on those Early Albums-especially 'All Dead All Dead' (have a listen)
Rock It was recorded in 1980; there are three synth-songs done earlier:
- Coming Soon ('78-'79, although the OBX was released in'79 so probably the Jazz demo didn't have synths)
- Save Me
- Sail Away Sweet Sister
Any of the three could be first, BUT, imho, Save Me is the band's official debut in synths because it was released before the Game album (which is the one containing CS, SASS and PTG)
Btw, again, it's not 100% Brian those "special" sounds. There are some (even if not many) effects generated by the others in piano, percussion or vocals. And a couple of soundboard effects (not many again, they preferred human sounds). Btw John also did guitar choirs (Misfire).
In my opinion, the best example of what Brian could do with his guitar and the amp John created are the incredible effects used near the end of Good Company. Invariably, people claim that these sounds cannot be coming from a guitar.....pretty impressive.
They stopped using Synthesisers because of this exact reason
=== In the 70s ===
Roger: "Hey jolly old Chap, lets use synthesisers!"
Freddie: "Fuck off you f*ckin piece of sh*t, Led Zeppelin doesnt use synthesisers, why the f*ck should we? You f*kin imbicile"
Roger: *cries*
=== The Dawning of the 80s ===
Roger: "Hey Freddie Jolly old Chap, would you like a cup of tea, and by the way, lets use synthesisers!"
Freddie: "F*ck off, Led Zeppelin .. oh wait Led Zeppelin broke up! F*ck it! Lets synth it up you motherf*kers
Brian: *cries*
John: *cries*
Roger: *cries*
Isn't there a downward spiralling effect on Fun It? I'll need to listen to it, but I'm sure there's some kind high-pitched effect like that.
Peace,
Adam.

why so?
roger is a frustrated rock n roller - and is more inclined to pick up a guitar than a synth
