LOL! That was great! My Grey, Gracie is just as talented. She speaks in my voice, my husbands, and my sons. She imitates the dogs barks, the cats meows, and other bird noises. In the morning, my husband comes downstairs and she'll say "Are we making coffee?" and then, when we get up from the breakfast table, she'll ask "Taking a shower?". When she sees me put my coat on, she'll ask "Are we ready to go?" And if I open the door to the basement to let one of the cats down, Gracie says "Get going cat!" She knows our telephone number, rings like the phone, beeps like the answering machine (and 'leaves' messages), imitates our cubbards and doors opening...coughs and sneezes, and more! African Greys are just really awesome birds! :-)

That sounds lovely Janet. :-D
Perhaps you might consider taking Gracie to compete on 'Pet Star'. Even if she doesn't win, at least you'd get to get a whole bunch of people to see her.
I'd love to see your African Grey along with the rest of your birds? Btw, how many of them do you have?
I have 17 birds right now. I have been trying to scan some bird photos, including some from the past, babies that I raised, etc...I just got a new computer and for some reason I can't get my scanner to work with it. I'll call the shop and see if they can help me. :-)
