Hi.
I havn't posted here for a while but i was wondering whether anyone had any idea what time the Wembley concert would start. I have tickets for that concert but don't know what time in the day the concert will take place.
Thanks.
Doors usually open around 7(ish) support act start at 7.30 play for an 3/4 of an hour to an hour and then the main band comes on between 8.45 and 9.00pm
Well that's what's happenend the last few times I have seen a gig at an Arena(well the MEN anyway)

Any idea on what time the CIA will open beforehand! When I saw The Who last year, they opened at around 18.00 I think.
Support act.. if there's one will.. probably start at 19.30ish with hopefully Queen + Paul Rodgers hitting the stage before 21.00. Give at least 30 - 45 mins before the end of support and start of main act. See you there on the 7th.
I think my Basel ticket says the doors open at 7 pm.
This has been good for learning some more German!
What time will you start queueing for the St Jakobshalle?
Thx,
The Voice.
I want to know what time the Manchester gig will end. My train is at 11.13pm and the train station is 20 minutes from the MEN. Do I risk the train being late (as usual) or do I book a hotel.
I would book a hotel probably...I was at a Jackson Browne concert last year and some guy requested his favourite song, can't remember what it was now, but he then told Jackson he had a train to catch and could he play it NOW!
I can't wait. I thought i would ask because i know the older concerts started more 9ish but they're older now and havn't toured for years which is why i thought the starting times may have changed a little. Thanks for all the helpful info.
One more question. It's pretty certain the concert will start around 8:45 and finish about 10:00?

It had better be longer than that for £50 :)
Yeah i know. I'm looking so forward to it. Do you think they'll have a small shop at the concert with Queen merchandise (shirts, cups etc)? Sorry to keep asking questions.
Yeah i think they may do. My sister once went to some crap pop concert. I think the band were Steps well something like that but whoever they were they're definately utter shit but my sister came home with a shirt and 2 cups and a pen! Hopefully there will be that much Queen merchandise at the Wembley concert.
I went to see Brian Wilson and came back with wooly hat, mug , poster and program and could have had several t-shirts if they would have fit (One size fits all doesn't quite apply to me :-)), so I'm sure Queen will have some merchandise to peddle!
