Normally, I'm not a big football guy, but as I hail from Philly, I just wanted to post a congrats to the Eagles for an excellent game (27-10 against the Atlanta Falcons) and best of luck in the Superbowl!
(American) football sucks. I personally find that a game that is stopped every 5 seconds is absolutely boring. Not to mention that football is more about physical strength than mental skill.
I could care much about the Super Bowl. Wake me up in 2006 for the World Cup in Germany, because that's without a doubt one sports event that is worth watching.

I just have my hopes up for the Pats.
No no, not you. I personally would like to see the Steelers play Philly, but I'm not really partial to any team in particular - I'm just glad Philly finally got in. It's been 24 years since their last superbowl, and they came so close the last three years, but they kept screwing up.
I just don't really understand it. I get the gist of it but it's like baseball and that infernal in-field fly or what ever it is. Makes me brain rattle in me 'ead!
Pats will win, again
I don't want Philly to win, not with Terrell Owens

I would like to see the Eagles win. I don't really watch football, but I do sorta keep up with wins and loses. Since my hometeam, the Washington Redskins, didn't make playoffs, my support went with philly b/c they are in the same division, NFC East, and I kinda like McNabb.
I don't know much about American football (Dutch media pay no attention to it), but how's QB Kurt Warner doing now? A few years ago the Dutch FOX channel broadcasted American Football and by that time I was a St. Louis Rams fan. Kurt started his career here in the Netherlands, as QB for Amsterdam Admirals.
i've been a Patriots fan since 84 - watching CHEERS on channel4 got me into the Patriots and RedSox
my son love the Eagles - so our house is in for a great night on the 6th feb
BB and Tom Brady to clip the buzzards wings once and for all - McKnob can fly when his feathers have been plucked
even though I lived in Philly and SJersey for years, went to school, marched in the Mummers, raised cain in Philly, vacation at the shore.....
i am still going for the Pats!
i am glad the eagles got in though.....been a looong ride for them.....

Whoo! What part of Philly? I hail from there as well!
