No!!! the more I listen the sicker I become.. Queen music has made me slightly mad.. I dont know.. I think all music should be forbidden and banned by the jesus christ superlord overlord!!!
Indeed, yes. A while ago I was having a terrible evening. I had to think of what to do to cheer myself up. So I pulled off the highway into a truck stop to change my CD so I could hear Don't Try So Hard followed by The Show Must Go On. They comforted me and the world became a gradually better place afterward.
But now the world is dandy now, and listening to Queen makes all the better! Hooray!

Well, Queen let me think of something else. And that makes me feel better. Well.. just read the facts about Queen(on my site) and I'm happy again :D
It depends. There are songs that always make me feel better like Hammer To Fall or You And I but there are songs that make me feel even worse... like Too Much Love Will Kill You which is my depression song. It makes me sad and I could drown in self-pity when I listen to it.
Love Of My Life also makes me sad because it reminds me of someone...
i haven't found a whole queen album that makes me feel better...but here's the "chunks" of stuff that work for me
side black of queen ii
(all of) boston - don't look back
(all of) chilis - by the way
slices of madonna - ray of light
u2 - all that you can't leave behind
jet - get born
pink floyd - wish you were here (album)
foos - there is nothing left to lose
btw - if you're feeling really bad and fancy reaching for two packs of sleeping pills and a razorblade then albums to help you merrily on your way to deathsville are:-
the entire Morrissey catalogue
smiths - queen is dead
best of souixsie and the banshees
coldplay - parachutes
travis - the man who
if you were really down and you find yourself still alive after that lot then you clearly weren't depressed
Bump.
I dunno it used to, but lately it made me more sad because of songs like Save Me. And probably because I'm practically listening to Queen more and more often now because I usually get bored from the TV so I listen to it ALL the time no matter what mood I'm in. I wish Queen's music still did cheer me up though.
