If someone has broken your heart, or hurt you in anyways, I'd strongly recommend to try not to think about it as much as possible. Try (in the best way possible) to have fun doing other things or spending time with other people. Not necessarily dating, but more like spending time with friends.
Also needless to say, don't call, e-mail, leave messages to whoever hurt you. That will show weakness on you, and rather leave the other person to contact you. Although I strongly recommend as well, not to expect that this particular person gets in touch with you.
Many times you just have to let relationships die, because they're just simply not worth your time, thoughts and tears. Later you end up realizing that you wasted too much of yourself on someone that is not even worth crap.
Well, that also depends a lot on the other person, but relationships are more about getting to know the other person rather than to give yourself to someone.

You could take over for Ann Landers someday, my friend.
2mb broadband connection - it's the dogs bollocks
anyhow - love does lots of other things too - but you usually have to do more than ask nicely for anything else

Love kills
drills you through your heart
Love kills
scars you from the start.
It's just a living pastime burning your lifeline
Gives you a hard time
Won't let you go 'cause love..
love...
love... won't leave you alone!
