If there is anyone out there that doesn't yet know and is unhappy at the price of tickets Manchester has some at £29.50.
God knows where but at least you'd be in the arena..
I have standing tickets for manchester they where just short of £50 each its expensive but to be honest im just glad to see queen I never though i would. If you know the layout of the MEN the £29.50 tickets will be the back end opposite the stage end and you may be high up.
I bought those- as I already booked 4 other shows and am still hoping for BRIXTON- and am short of cash @ the moment :)- I just took this opportunity. Otherwise wouldn't go there at all...
If you've booked at 29.50 in Manchester I can only assume your seat is on the roof or something. I've paid well more than 29.50 in the past and been on the back row of the furthest away block.
So the crap seats at the MEN are £29.50 cos you're a long way off, whereas the crap seats at Sheffield are £39.50 cos it's a smaller venue than the MEN which means you're still nearer the stage? The only place at Sheffield I haven't been sat is on the floor seats, and I would take the sides or even the back every time. Except this time, I just can't bring myself to fork out that kind of money. I knew it wasn't going to be cheap but I'm afraid I actually DO have better things to spend that kind of money on.
Highly likely to be in the nosebleed section (it's very steep up there) but better than not going at all.
I've got a good seat and had to pay full whack for it, and thanks to the high ticket prices, can only afford one gig.
And before any of you lot bang on about the cost and managing to pay for more than one etc etc, some of us have to stretch less money further than others, so shut up.
I wait all these years and it happens when I can't work full time, I don't know.
See some of you there maybe.
Hey Rachel
Where are your seats ?
I am in Block 115 Row A seat 22
We are hoping to go to Hard Rock Cafe first for something to eat. Is your mobile number still the same as last May ? If so I will contact you nearer the time for a meet up.
Luv
Julie
Don't know what seats I have yet, my mate got them reserved for me - works for ticket company :)
Mobile number is still the same, and I deserve a slap cos I haven't sent you the photos yet, it's been a hectic time.
Got a lot on my plate at the moment, so the gig will be a great diversion from the crap that is real life.
I've gone for the £29.50 tickets, mainly as I've had to buy lots of other tickets of late, and my budget was weak. Plus I was buying for others without them having given me the money yet.
I went to the MEN last year to see Simon and Garfunkel, and whilst in similar seats really enjoyed it. Ok you may not be able to see the odd wink here and there, between the band, but it's still unobstructive veiwing. Also with the speakers it could well be as loud as being on top of the stage up there.
