Do you meen the pictures taken in 1990 after the award was given out to Queen? I don't think that was a record release party. Anyway there is a picture of Freddie, Roger and Rod Stewart that you havn't yet mentioned.
Anyway welcome to Queenzone. Hope you enjoy yourself.
Cheers mate, I read in the book I was reading about him that he appeared at the subjected event, and the media had a field day and it was somewhat ill-advised that he was told to go .....
I saw a pic with Annie Lennox and one with Liza Minelli, they both look to be 1990-1991 but he doesn't look THAT ill in them, which is why I was checking ...
Cheers C.
I think it was ther quality of the pic that through me, he looked to well for it to be from the subjected event ...
Are there any pictures form this party ?
There were some pictures taken when Freddie wore that baby blue color piece suit. He looked really skinny back then.
I believe that was during the after party from the Brit Awards 1990, when Queen received a posthomous award.

The Innuendo record release Party was held on the "Queen Mary" in Long Beach Harbour. As far as I know it was only attended by Brian and Roger, as since '89 they did most of the promotion jobs.
The pics you mentioned are in fact from the Brit Awards Afterparty 1990. IMO Fred looks terribly ill on these Pics. He is phothographed amongst others with Liza Minelli and you can see Bob Geldof on one pic as well.
That's right, the Innuendo party was held on the Queen Mary in LA.
I was working in New York at the time. A fellow Queen fan got a tape of the album before it was released and we had an alternative launch party going back and forth on the Staten Island ferry listening to it on a tape recorder and drinking lager out of cans in brown paper bags.
Ah, happy days.
