Yes, the stupid questions such as "Is Brian's hair naturally curly?", and "Do you like Freddie's mustache?" are a bit much, but if a new member has an interesting question then they have the right to post it. Who really cares if the topic's been covered before. The forum is for all Queen fans, not just the elite who have to see the band a 100 times. I for one, may be relatively new to the site, but am far from a new Queen fan. |

How pathetic is it to feel superior to others because you visit a site and contribute postings to it more than others. Did it ever occur to you that some of us would rather not post alot and just sit back and comment and laugh to ourselves privately about some of the ignorant and over the top things you ones that post alot say?? The reason I become annoyed with newbies and some rather redundant posts is because well.....I just stated it. Redundant posts. Who likes them? I don't. And not many others do either. Call me mean, call me rude. Whatever. It's all been said before. But newbies just need to know that sometimes, their posts are typical things that cause hatred towards them. Doesn't make them any less of a fan, nor does it make us any less of one to tell them what is what. And it doesn't go for all newbies either, but just those that do not know the art of the google search, or who post ridiculous things that only a stalker fan would post. I've tried saying things politely, and it didnt' seem to work. so now, I just lay it straight. I don't see it as mean. I see it as helping them so they don't say something like that again. And again.
