they are:-
Slash, Duff McGagan, and Matt Sorum (ex GnR)
Scott Weiland (ex Stone Temple Pilots)
and Dave Kushner (ex Wasted Youth)
and they sound great - my only hope is that they play some GnR numbers live - and make em sound better (not hard) than that farce that Oral sex is touring with under in the name of G n R
Saw them in London last September, going to see them again in 11 days.
A good band on record ('Contraband' is a solid rock album, but with few stand out moments), and an excellent band live (on-stage amazing chemistry, and possibly the campiest frontman ever (yes, Scott Weiland can give Freddie a SERIOUS run for his money on that count. No, really).
Brenski - Their live repertoire currently includes 'It's So Easy' and 'Used to Hove her'
they are all of the talent from guns n roses
what axl rose (oral sex) has left is an empty farcical shell of a band
in fairness to velvet - it's quite a good debut album made better by the fact that the record company and management put a lot of pressure on them to get it out BEFORE the tour - hence some material is low key - but the music is quality none the less

I've never heard of them. Are they any good? Is it worth buying an album?
I'm going shopping next week so if i see any of thier albums i'll buy one and see what i think. If most of you like them and you also like Queen they must be great. I'll try them out.
