Just think, guys, half of the Queen's top chart songs (in UK) were born during jam sessions! (Innuendo, Under Pressure and IMO lyrics for Freddie's posthumous #1 'Living On My Own' (remixed version) were improvised too - all those 'de do dee's).
Incredible!
Not at all - 'Life Is Real' was written by Freddie at the airplane, 'Crazy Little Thing Called Love' at bathroom or bed, 'Bo Rhap' wasn't from jam session...
And can you imagine a jam session with parts of 'Love Of My Life' or 'You Take My Breath Away'???
Yes, that's a good argument of "ears over brain" or something to that effect. Of course there's a lot of further developingthough, I very much doubt the orchestral arrangements in Innuendo came in one second, althouh apparently the entire Bijou composition and recording proccess was about one hour. Another case of being in the right place at the right time
Yes, it's wonderful track with heavy bass lines and duet vocals between Roger and Freddie.
You can find it here (read the notes of admin before downloading): link
Or at link but it has version with audience noises, but with Queen's greetings to QFC convention.
mr. funster i must thank you a thousand, i heard of all these tracks i never heard, and finally i got to two of them, Dog with a bone is great, with a little work it could be a great release one day, the one that got me deep is a "new life is born", simply beautiful, short, but sent shivers down my spine, kind of like the first time i heard "a winters tale" or "mother love" i know there's plenty of more those rarities laying around, like "robbery" and some others i forgot the name of, if you could send another website to hear some of these goodies, it would be truly appreaciated, and why are some of these tracks laying around collecting dust? cos they sound great to me. i know 2005 there should be a new album, (i heard roger mention it) hopefully some of these tracks get released, now, see how excited you got me.
