Because, I've been wanting one ever since I was little..and I want a loyal companion...and currently I have no pets...and I have been researching them for a long time now and already know I either want an Italian Greyhound, German Shepard, or shelter dog (to start with ;-) ) When I move out I'm going to live with so many dogs. :-) |

i thought the whole point of christmas was getting blitzed because it's not about the birth of christ....he was born in springtime december 25th was chosen by the early churches to get people to forget about a pagan festival that was celebrated during the last week of december |

"I didn't mean religion and all that" But Christmas IS supposed to be religious. Afterall, it IS the birth of Jesus. The giving and getting together is awesome but that is just part of how people celebrate. People say Christmas is about giving, but it is REALLY about the birth of Jesus. People shouldn't say Happy Holidays. They should just say, Happy Chanukkah or Merry Christmas or anything else I left out. "your right, you are weird.." No she isn't weird. Everyone is different and I don't see anything wrong with her, myself. |

I asked my sister for a kangaroo and she seemed like she wouldn't get it for me. What a rip off, cos I'm getting her a cd. I celebrate Christmas more so for the Christian side of it, but giving gifts is fun too. Right now I'd just like all stress in my life to cease. |

The CD-RW drives can do it much better. Much more space, and the data isn't deleted if the disk gets old, dirty or stay near to any magnetic field. Others? What others? The money donated to Churches goes directly to helping pay electrical bills, plumbing, etc. Occassionly, they will do a special collection to help the poor. Especially around Christmas time they tend to take donations for gifts for poor little children living in bad situations. |

I know there's a lot of corruption going on in churches. I remember back when my sister was in a catholic high school, the nuns would literally force the students to have fund raisers. Supossedely they were working hard to help the poor and the disadvataged, but at the same time the nuns would make trips to Rome every single year, and try to guess where would all the money come from to pay for all the travelling expenses? And about the topic of Christmas being celebrated on December 25th and not the actual day that Jesus was "supossedely" born, I think Jesus would far more disgusted about the way how people (more specifically businesses, companies, and corporations) have turned his birthday into an excuse to make more money rather than to help and give to those who have less than the rest of us. |
