Wow..this is surprising to hear.
Roger looked fine when i saw him at the WWRY Premiere Party in Vegas this past Summer. I did note that he looked a bit tired...but did'nt think much of it as i know how brutal his traveling schedule has been this year.
When Roger got up on stage and performed with Brian and the other musical guests at that events' incredible Afterparty Show, Roger was in top form. His weariness dissapeared and he went totally mental behind the drum kit and it was INCREDIBLE to see let alone hear that night! He also was in fine form when he sang Led Zep's "R+R" for us...
If Roger's age is indeed catching up with him, then i would recommend he take some time off to himself. God knows he deserves it!
On a interesting note, i have noticed that there is no mention of him appearing with Brian in Vegas on December 18th. Perhaps Roger is taking that much deserved time off....
I hope it's that, and not something else!
Poor chap...my heart goes out to him if it's a illness he now has to deal with.

I did'nt mean for this to happen, but since it did, lets' talk about Roger's recent appearences this year.

He was just sitting in the audience. He didn't look ill, but possibly a little bored.
As for him not performing with Brian...has he EVER performed with Brian at the musical?
