"Well almost.........
At last nights concert in Newcastle Justin Hawkins had a "Unusual Ambitious Keyboard Moment" In which he played to intro to Bo Rhap. They also teased out WWRY but never mad anything of it. They also showed Hammer To Fall from Wembley minutes before they came on aswell"
It was well not much really more like it i was at the show to and it was amazing but Justin played the first bar of Bohemian Rhapsody then stop and said thats all he knew of the song, and the we will rock you during love on the rock well it just part of the live version of the song, if you've seen the darkness before, every band do a we will rock you type drum beat to get a crowd going, when i seen the foo fighters they did something similar, as have a few other bands ive seen. But there did put hammer to fall on before the show
Sounds pretty much the same as the show at Manchester on Wednesday which Sir Archie Leach and I attended as guests of honour. Thought they were absolutely capital.
The Darkness....
Don't make me laugh.
Har har har har har.
The only reason that fella (justin or whatever) played that intro and that intro only is because they would be shot if they tried to do BoRhap. But hold on a sec....they wouldn't be capable anyway, so what am I saying?
Meh. The Darkness make me a tad bit ill, but no harm to you if you guys like them.
Cheers to you all
The Darkness are so awesome live!! I saw them this past summer and had so much fun. The audience were really getting into the music, it was almost like one big party!
(I must admit that I had more fun at Queen concerts in the mid 70s to early 80s. No-one could capture that and bottle it!)
