Its not as good as John's follow up to "Man In The Shadows" album. Its called "Man In The Shadows 2 - Out Of The Shadows And Back To The Light". Its a cracker.
I listened to the album and I thought it was great.
Too bad that I was too poorly promoted. In the U.S. the music audience is too fickle, and George Michael is just considered too 80s now. Meanwhile in Europe, there's only room for one big male superstar... Robbie Williams.
There's absolutely no doubt that George Michael is far more talented than Robbie Williams, which I find totally unfair that media has forgotten about George Michael.
I can't think of any albums this year that have been quite as good. Those Moron5 cunts will probably end up getting an award as will Cuntface McCunt Spears with her Greatest Tits.
Or Destinys Child.
Or some other fucking toothless cunt who says 'Whoa, chigga bing whacky! I got a hang nail!'. Sometimes I want to set fire to people like that. Whoa! I wear a hat backwards! INSTANT FASHION!
Dan, write a song about how outraged I am. Get John Williams to help you if you need.
But sure. Patience. Album of the Year? I think so. If not, damn close.
Probably second to Eminems' Encor3.
Hope George isn't going to leave the music industry, it would be a massive loss. The lyrics to "Through" suggest he's maybe had enough, enough media hatred, & even his own "fans" turning on him, though I guess you can see lyrics any way you want to. See what you guys think....
THROUGH
Is that enough?
I think it's over
See, everything has changed
And all this hatred may just make me strong enough
To walk away
They may chase me to the ends of the earth
But I've got you babe
And they may strip me of the things that I've worked for
But I've had my say
So hear me now
I've enough of these chains
I know they're of my making
No one else to blame for where I stand today
I've no memory of truth
But suddenly the audience is so cruel
So God, hey God you know why I'm through
Through
I guess it's tough, I guess I'm older
And everything must change
But all this cruelty and money instead of love
People, have we no shame?
They may chase me to the ends of the earth
But I've got you babe
And they may take away the things that I've worked for
But you'll pull me through
It's so clear to me now
I've enough of these chains
Life is there for the taking
What kind of fool would remain in this cheap gilded cage
I've no memory of truth
But suddenly the audience is so cruel
Oh God, I'm sorry
I think I'm through
I think I'm through
I think I'm, I know I'm...
'Nope, you gotta say he looked good in the pink shorts in the Wake Me Up Before You Go Go video.'
I will do that, right after George Bush picks up his Nobel Peace Prize.
