I have a book "Music Life-Queen" from Japan 1977.Would anyone like to trade me this for a few bootleg cdrs and dvds of Hyde park 76 & Paris 79.Must be good quality.Let me explain,I used to have a large collection of live tapes and vhs of queen but over the years I sort of went off Queen and things disappeared or got taped over or whatever.now I find myself back into queen in a big way,but Bootlegs are hard to find(unless its Wembley 86 or Hammersmith 75 e.t.c)and I do not have broadband at home. The book is a beautiful item in near mint condition with some stunning photos covering Queens first & second Japanese tours, but I would rather have some audio Stuff in low gen quality(most of my live tapes were quite hissy & hi gen)Anyone interested? I will be back online on Sunday (its now friday).cheers |

Vcds would be great mate,I'm getting a new dvd player/recorder which will play them anyway.I have a shitty copy of hyde park on vhs which flickers between black and white and colour so anything would be an improvement. The Qtv version would be great though! If you want i'll burn you Tokyo 79 and Earls court onto dvd when I get the recorder.Tokyo is amazing quality,Earls court is vg and in places excellent. If you want to do the swaps for the book then that would be smashing. |

A few years ago, Cesar, I sent you a bunch of cds, and you said you never received them either. My best bet is that the Peru postal service is pretty poor. |
moonie 05.01.2005 13:13 |
Hey Bud, I have sent the book so I'm just a little concerned as to whats going on here I still havent received the dvd's either here which I put down to the postal service at this time of year but from your tone I have a feeling you havent sent them If this is the case them well done mate you got your book I got f**k all.Nice Its registered anyway so I will be enquiring as to whats happening. If you have sent the dvds then my apologies but dont go kicking off saying that I am trying to pull a fast one here. Jeez... |

I've recently had a couple of trades with Craggsa - I can honestly say he has been decent, polite and fair. I would recommend him to all. I can't speak on behalf of Cesar - but perhaps it was unwise of him to launch an attack (on a public forum) on another trader without finding all the facts. |

In my years of trading, I have sent hundreds of packages to at least 15 European countries, Russia, Korea, Japan, and Australia. Not one was lost. I have sent four packages in the other direction... to Mexico, Argentina, and Peru. Three of them were lost. Point made? If only I had known, I would have advised you not to send such a gem in this direction of the world. Let's just hope it gets there. |
CESAR BELTRAN M 06.01.2005 09:34 |
Hi Sir GH. you wrote you sent me one package and it got lost?? Not Bob, that's totally fake. I never traded with you, you'r lying. First at all, I never trade Cds. only VHS and now DVD. Second, I only wrote you once in my life, and was 1 week ago when I wrote you about your Live Killer Analysis when I saw for the first time your web page, so please, don't lie and tell you traded with me as that a big lie. I will accept you public apologies, but post here you were wrong. Please let me know. I have lot of years trading and I never got any problem. I'm not a new collector. And craggsa, when exactly you sent me the package? And please let meknow the Register number of the parcel. I have a familiar working in peruvian postal service and he can help me to find that package. But I need the exact date and register number. And Agneepath! , I don't sent any kind of attack. I only ask what craggsa what talking about as I never got the book. Is not my intention to offend. |

CESAR BELTRAN M wrote: What are you talking about?? you never sent me the promised book. Never was a swap here. I wasted my time.I don't think I said anything controversial. Your statement above tarnishes the repuatation of a trader = an attack on his honesty / reputation. |

Cesar, we did indeed attempt a trade, about three years ago. Perhaps you don't remember. I sent you a package with a couple cds which you said you never received, and subsequently you didn't send my two VHS tapes, understandably so. I trusted that the postal system was to blame. I've just sent you an email telling which shows we were trading in Jan '02. I'm glad I've documented everything on my hard drive from the day I started trading. Keeping records can definitely be a useful thing in the long run, as this situation has proven. If you look at my posts above, I wasn't making a personal attack towards you, but rather towards the postal system of Peru. If anything, you were the one making a personal attack, on Craggsa, assuming he didn't send his package. I was just standing up for him, saying that the postal service could be to blame... because I know from experience that it wouldn't be the first time that a package to South America was lost. I hope this clears things up. |

I've had some questionable dealings with Caesar Beltran also. Please beware. I'll have to agree with Sir GH and Craggsa. |
