Not too long ago, My parents bought me a new digital piano, I have just recently gotten audio cables to hook it to my computer for recording. Two of the things I played on it to test the sound are (small parts of) a couple of well known Queen songs that I plan to cover very soon. So, I figured I'd share my little tests (demos if you will *chuckle*) with my fellow queen fans! Just click on the link, Then right click and 'Save as...' on each of the files. Enjoy! :D link
P.S. Don't expect perfection, They're only tests. ;)
Nice playing, Dan. But there is some funny noise in there. Rattling or something. I heard it when I turned the volume up. You didn't get cheap cables, did you? Get that cleared up before you go to any serious effort recording. I leared that one the hard way...
Samples from my digital piano, which I have shared before: link
Yeah, I know what you mean. I only bought the cords to hold me off until Christmas when I get some decent equipment. These were just to give me a rough idea of what it would sound like.

My dull brain thought that Hammer to Fall was a wedding march song.
How are you going to do the rest of the instruments?
I was thinking of covering Hammer to Fall myself, but there's just so much music to learn and record...oh yeah, and, like, going to work and stuff ;) I'm pretty wrapped up with my Beethoven project at the moment, as you can see.
Plus, I think I'd like to do "Good Old Fashioned Loverboy" first. There's some nice piano in that song.
