Okay, I just got On Fire yesterday (got the CDs, didn't have the money for the DVD), and it's better than I ever could have thought.
First, Freddie's vocals are probably his strongest in this time frame (early 80's); it's rough yet smooth and manageable. Second, This is the first time I have heard Dragon Attack, Action This Day, Back Chat, Fat Bottomed Girls, and Sheer Heart Attack live, and they are truly amazing. Third, Brian's guitar is phenomenal on tracks such as Back Chat, Tie Your Mother Down, and Sheer Heart Attack. Very controlled and forceful.
I think this is not only worth the money, but also worth any fan's time and energy to listen to and/or watch this performance. Definitely is as good as (or better than) Wembley in my opinion.
I know this is a little late, as it's been out for a week here in the US, but damn it is good!

The CD was released on the 9th right? And the DVD is due tommorow, correct? I am definitely off to Best Buy tommorow: Live Aid DVD set, MK CD and MK DVD! Gosh, that is expensive...
Well, the Live Aid DVD I've seen go for about $20 (crazy isn't it), same with the MK DVD. The CD I got for $15 at Best Buy. Good prices!
That adds up to about $55/$60, but is it ever worth it!!!
