There are plenty of winners.
Haliburton is doing quite well. If Dick Cheney lives another 4 years, there's no doubt he'll see a fat paycheck.
The people we're going to put in power in Iraq will find themselves in a very nice position. They're certainly winners in that sense.
George Bush. He's a winner. He somehow convinced 51% of Americans that this was somehow a war about terrorism. He's sitting pretty for another 4 years.
Osama Bin Laden. He'll do OK. He'll find plenty of new recruits due to our prolonged occupation.
And there are plenty others.
There are always winners in a war. They are often the only reason we fight the wars we do. ;o)
