That reminds me of some moron who lived here in Long Island.
The guy liked to race with his buddies. So he took his Lamborghini and decided to pass his fellas by switching to the opossite side of the road. Of course the idiot didn't care that there would probably be traffic coming in the opossite direction and his Lamborghini went into a head to head collision with a car driven by a local man and his wife. The 3 of them died.
Police found out that the asshole was a some rich bastard who has had his license suspended for quite a while. He had a long history of traffic violations for breaking the speed limit. Since he was rich he would pay every single fine he was given, but didn't care much about being warned that he could go to jail for breaking the speed limit.
His license plate read...

I hate speeders
I hate 'rice rockets'
I hate trucks with hillbilly-size wheels
I hate street racers
5150 is the name of Eddie's studio in his home. I don't know where he got the name for it...It's also the name of the first album with Sammy. That's all I know so far. :-)
Like Charles said 5150 is an emergency Police code in America.
Ah Van Halen, the memories of seeing those guys as support to Black Sabbath all those years ago in Glasgow. Both original line ups as well.....
5150, as stated, is a police code.
OU812 just 'sounded cool'.
F.U.C.K. was a juvenile acronym.
They're rock and rollers...they're not deep thinkers.
;o)

I hate people who drive slow on roads that are in good condition
I hate ridicuolous speed limits
I hate "family-cars" that accelerate 15 seconds from 0-100 km/h (especially when they are in front of me in the traffic lights)
I hate people who are not in a hurry and expect that everyone else in the traffic is cruising just for fun too
