Since 1992 I have been waiting on "the" boxsets whatever they were going to be but I have come to the conclusion that right now I am glad they are not being worked on and hope that they will not for a while except to continue looking for and gathering the really rare stuff whatever all that might be. I hope that the first proper one will be done in 2011 on the fortieth anniversary of Queen... |

All that was said about the boxset is whatever was in my post. So, we COULD be waiting until as early as 2005, 2006, maybe later. Personally, I think Brian should get off his arse and do something other than the WWRY Musicals around the world (ie. touring, boxset work, etc.) |

As far as the box sets go I really haven't been holding my breath so until a date is announced I am assuming they are NEVER coming out. I apologize if anyone thought that I was trying to tease some of yas with the 'not sharing' part, or just trying to make some of yas jealous (which personally I wouldn't doubt that there may be a few of us who would kill for a chance to talk to one of the authoritative forces that work with Queen - therefore, some of us could be taking that jealousy against me by ridiculing me) And I'm not trying to make anyone jealous with what I said earlier, either. I was just merely trying to clarify some much-needed answers regarding the current status of the boxset. And by the way, Greg didn't seem P.O.'d that I asked him about the boxset. If anything, that one was a very quick question compared to what I asked him about or talked to him about otherwise. And also mind you, it wasn't a very long discussion, as I was in school at the time of the call - I was on my morning break, so it wasn't like I had time to ask a whole sort of questions either (not that I had a lot - I only brought a few with me on paper). And again, like I said, not everything we discussed was about Queen. But also again, I'm not going to discuss with anyone about our whole conversation, and I don't mean to sound like an ass when I'm saying this. Just basically, my tone was intended to be serious in my post, but as Brian wrote once, it's hard to carry out a tone in writing. But anyways, Greg was a very nice fellow, and I really enjoyed chatting with him. He's much nicer than what some of yas might think! |
