GO RED SOX!!! Yankees suck! The Bambino must be rolling in his grave!! and please keep Pedro, I couldn't picture him in another uniform (though I know he pitched for Montreal) |
Under Pressure 28.10.2004 15:53 |
Yankees suck? WTF. Win another 20 WS, and then you can argue. Why does Boston have such a huge inferiority complex? Why do Boston fans scream "Yankees suck!" at concerts and PATRIOTS games? It's like they're OBSESSED with New York. F'ing, A. I hate you guys. |
KillerQueen840 28.10.2004 16:00 |
Yes, I love the Red Sox, the curse is over, and I want to go to that parade tomorrow!!!!! So long bambino curse!!!!!!!!! YEEEEHAAAW! |

You want to know why Yankees suck because of the way they are in the game. They are arrogant little bastards and now they have to acknowledge that they were stomped on by Boston. The Red Sox no matter how many games they won in a row were gentlemen to the Cardinals, with no arrogance whatsoever. IMHO if they Yankees played the Cardinals they would've treated them like cr*p because they are brainwashed into believing they are the greatest team on the planet. Pure arrogance! On the other hand, the Red Sox, because the team has tried for soooo long to make it just to the playoffs and were even one of the wild card teams really do appreciate a victory (that was 86 years in coming) and hopefully there will be many, many more victories to come. Kriz ;o) |

Kriz ;o)The Yankees are the evil empire, give them the Marlins payroll and they wouldn't even win 70 games a year AND GO BOSTON!!!!! Johnny Damon, Pedro, Curt, Varitek, Bellhorn, Ortiz, etc. Pure champions!!! and The red sox did something not even the Yankees could, and that is win 4 games after being down 0-3 in a series, RED SOX are awesome!! |

Pure arrogance!Do you even watch baseball? Because you don't know what the hell you're talking about. The only one who sounds arrogant is YOU. And not only that, but obnoxious and juvenile. LYKE OMG DA YANK33Z R DA M3AN!1!!!!!1!!! The Red Sox are just as "arrogant" -- look at Curt Schilling. You think Bernie Williams or Hideki Matsui go around bashing people? Or Mariano, the die-hard Catholic? I think not! I really don't know what team you're talking about. Besides which, most of the "so called" team arrogance is invented by the fans to make their their team seem more "nice." There's not much bad-blood between the players on each team either. It's just the fucking irritating fans like you who start this shit. After all, you don't hear Yankee fans "OMG!!!1!! RED SOX SUCK DERE GAY N STUFFF!!!" -- which are PRECISELY the chants you hear at Fenway about the Yankees. You think Red Sox fans are kind people? Are these the same fans who sell, buy, and wear "Yankees suck; Jeter swallows!" and "Jeter sucks A-rod!" shirts, and think this offensive behavior is OKAY? The same people who take pictures of Derek Jeter and put them in the men's urinals? Sure, he's annoying, but no one deserves that, nor is it appropriate behavior. The more I think about it, the more I want to stab someone. Joe Torre would never allow such disgusting displays to go on at Yankee stadium. |

You are soooo ignorant its sad! You need to seriously grow the heck up! I dont need to defend my-self and certainly not to the likes of you, child! Kriz |
Under Pressure 29.10.2004 00:17 |
Right .... I'm "soooo" ignorant. Of course. Why don't you just go make some gay jokes about A-rod, mkay? You're the one who's making outrageous claims about a group of men you never have met and never will meet. Talk about childish! And perhaps you have years on me, lady, but I think it's painfully obvious who's the "ignorant" one here. As if your being older has anything to do with soundness of argument. |
The Real Wizard 29.10.2004 00:46 |
Sorry, uhmm... which group of 50,000 fans was shouting the racist comments at which pitcher?? |
Under Pressure 29.10.2004 05:26 |
You tell me. Did you know the Sox were the most racist organization in major league sports? (Until recent years, thank God!) They were giving shit to their minority players well into the eighties. Take a look at their track record. People like to blame Babe, but the truth is, if they had bothered to sign players based on talent rather than race, they would have won a long time ago. They could have easily. |
Krizzy 29.10.2004 11:10 |
Geez what is your problem! How did this turn into racism? Im not a homophobe or a racist and I resent your insinuation that I am, how dare U insult me! And yes you are ignorant to make stupid assumptions on a noticeboard about their personal character! Ignorance breeds contempt you just proved that theory to a T! Moron! |
MexQueenFM 29.10.2004 13:18 |
The Yankees are the most hated fans in baseball, truth though I hate the Dodger fans a lot, but the Yankee fans win it hands down |
Mr.Jingles 29.10.2004 13:48 |
I don't think the Yankees suck, but certainly a lot of the Yankee fans do suck. I was once a Yankee fan when they won their first World Series in almost 2 decades in 1996, and then all through 2000. Then when they lost to the Diamondbacks in 2001, Yankee fans (not all of them, I must say... but most of them) hardly ever acknoledged that the Diamondbacks won because they were better. As any sports fan, I like to see my favorite team win, but all sport fans who truly know about sports should accept defeat when they see a rival team play fair and nice. That is something that Yankee fans lack a lot... that's why I could no longer relate to the Yankees. GO RED SOX!! THE CURSE IS FINALLY BROKEN! |

Good for the Red Sox - they played very well. |
Bob The Shrek 29.10.2004 18:45 |
To be fair - the Cardinals helped - they couldn't hit a cow's arse with a banjo. |

I did see some arrogance from I believe Pedro Martinez because after Larry Walker was tagged out at home for the third out and he was slapped on the back by Martinez and that is disrespectful to the Cardinals. But I do think the Red Sox played VERY well and the Cardinals did not have any motivation to make it a close game. :( |
