I think it's all just the red special. Think of "Good company" - a whole Dixieband just one guitar !

Refresh my memory: is there any song called PRINCESS of the universe? Wow, never heard of it...

Aha, it's recently found song and very very rare one for the collectors at the moment
Don't like it- there is some great guitar work here, but I can't stand the production- it's too busy, it's just... The melody is almost lost because everything else is pretty flat- heavy, but flat... Just like the rest (with 2-3 exceptions) of AKOM album... I agree though- solo is great...

which of the AKOM songs are your favourite? My opinion Gimme The Prize are also just to busy, but it's thunderous and that's what I like, like also I Want It All
I really love them both and I love when Freddie goes heavy singing too.I'd die to hear a version of Gimme the Prize by my second all time favourite singer,Rob Halford of Judas Priest.
It fit perfectly his vocal range and would sound awesome IMHO.

Would have been a great track if they played it ever live.
It would have made an amazing opener for the shows.

Read below. It's the evil brother of POTU IMO, like a menace coming closer. BTW, any Highlander fans here? Not the series, though.
GTP has nice riffs, I heard in GVH2 DVD that Brian borrowed some riffs ffrom Ffreddie ffrom POTU.

POTU is an awesome track. One Vision is a great track but a bit ruined by production... And WWTLF... That's about it- I don't listen to the rest, unless I want to punish myself (the biggest punishment is always Pain/Pleasure...)

Indeed:
First all kind of weird sounds and thunder. And then Freddie waits on the 'balcony' above the drumkit: Spotlight on Freddie:
Here I am!!! *Voice breaks*
Some guy of the crew: "Sorry guys we have to cancel the tour because Freddie fucked up his voice"

It would have been awsome!
A live version of the song coud have been great!
But...let me tell you that POTU is much better than Gimme the prize.
I agree Gimme The Prize is underrated but i think a perfect song to a start a Queen concert would be Princes Of The Universe. It would blow the roof off the stadium 'if it had one'.
