I have the choice of either listening to Bryan Singer talk about Usual Suspects, which I hate, or listening to the writers of Ed Wood talk about Ed Wood.
I can probably only go to one of these, and since I have no opinions whatsoever, I'll pass it on to y'all.
Either one seem like a good thing to watch/hear a talk about?
I'd probably choose that chicken queen Bryan Singer. Seems he'd be more interesting. Too bad he didn't do a commentary for Apt Pupil. I would have loved to hear him talk his way through the shower scene.
My favourite recent commentary was Peter Bogdonavich for his director's cut of "Mask". He's very intelligent and a pleasure to listen to. I loved the new scenes btw and don't mind the Springsteen tracks except at the end.. the film just isn't the same without Bob Seger's "Roll Me Away". But I kinda got off-topic there.
