Some of them rock and I was actually gonna do "Love of my life" and still might just to show how it should be done.

I generally find that when people add the phrase, "No offense," they clearly know that what they said was offensive, yet they hope no one cares. Using that phrase allows the speaker a quick verbal jab, perhaps playing to the baser elements of society, but limits all damage. It's as if the phrase No Offense is some sort of social panacea for verbal insults.
No offense, of course, RedSpecial227

I know it's difficult to keep from expressing ill feelings about these.. I've been guilty of it myself. Maybe we could try to be a bit more polite about them.
Like "I have to be honest and tell you your voice really isn't suited for this song, but it's interesting to hear your interpretation, so thanks for sharing."
Anyone who attempts a cover and is brave enough to post it here for all to hear deserves praise in my book.
If you don't like it, give some constructive critism and if you think you can do better, then do, but you're a fool to shout about it before you've done it, 'cause you're potentially opening yourself up for a face full of egg!
