I just noticed they mention The Rolling Stones in this song...in a manner that is typically associated with the Stones - Mick stealing women :-P I thought that was really funny...since I'm a stones fan too...and they mention themselves too later on. Just found it fascinating.
I noticed that too a few days ago. I was looking through the lyrics in my Queen albums that I DO have and noticed that the Stones were mentioned and also they mention themselves. But I do have one question though. Why wouldn't they want to go to their own concerts? If I read it right, it says "I don't wanna go see Queen no more no more." I just find that strange.
LOL...i think they don't wanna go see Queen 'cause the guy's pissed his girl was stolen by a musician. So, he doesn't want to go to any other concerts for fear of losing her to Freddie too :-P
mmm...intraveneous nachos....
GRRRRReat song. I regard this and other Brian/Roger colaboration of that time as a peak in Queen's carreer.
The other colaboration I refer to is Machines. Got it's 12" instrumental mp3 (slightly modified in soundforge) as my ringtone in my cell phone right now. :)
Cheers,
Ogre-
No nachos for you!
And it would be hard to go see themselves. Maybe if they moved really fast and while they were still playing they could still see themselves. Yeah. That's the way Brian would want it.

Kinda like in a Looney Tunes cartoon where Bugs Bunny plays baseball with himself and all the positions. Always made me laugh! :D

Yah...like in Back to the Future. Freddie so had a Delorian that could time travel. He had Brian to work all the astronomical stuff out too!
Soul Brother just seems thrown together, and it probably was, because they needed a B-side to Under Pressure.
Anyway, I like I Go Crazy. It's a good, upbeat song. I think it's one of the better B-sides.
I heard somewhere that the song was the song was based on how freddie slept with a girl and her boyfriend found out and was really angry and swore he would never see queen again.

The only way I could picture Freddie sleeping with a girl, would be if "she" was a transvestite.
I'm thinking that the song is probably about Roger. We all know that he got more ass than the toilet.
