For 15 years now, all this man has done is turned up to charity gigs and tribute concerts! Can anyone think of anything he has ever done in his own right?
But once everyone's finished being clever, surely you agree that if anyone has heard of him (outside Italy), for the vast majority it will be because he turns up at charity gigs and guests with more famous people, and not for anything he's done in his own right?

Yeah I checked out his site not long ago to see how his Queen work figured into his overall career and he had a bunch of other work available including solo albums and stuff.
I think he's got a lot of soul. Voice reminds me of Joe Cocker. I love his 46664 performance of Everybody's Got To Learn Sometime. Very nice track.
He's a great musician. But be honest, I have the feeling Brian is trying to put Zucchero in the spotlight, look at the number of times they performed together
Is just one of Brian's friend, here in Italy he si very successful but he is just a lame imitation of Joe Cocker.
I can't understand why so many big artists (as Sting and Eric Clapton) love him so much
Zucchero sure does not look very good and maybe Joe Cocker sings better. But Zucchero writes beautiful songs, perhaps that is the reason why he is so repected by other musicians.
