ANNOUNCE: Paris 1986
| whitemanadmin 02.08.2004 14:11 |
Hi Folks This is a seed from someone else, who wants to remain nameless, so a big Thank you to them(you know who you are) I am downloading this as well, any problems post to the forum, as I am not the seeder so will not be able to help. Queen Magic in Paris Artist: Queen Title: Magic in Paris Date: 14th June 1986 Venue: Hippdrome de Vincennes, Paris, France Size: 650 MB Source: CDR --> EAC --> FLAC Level 8 Disc 1 One Vision Tie Your Mother Down Day-O In The Lap Of The Gods...Revisited Seven Seas Of Rhye Tear It Up A Kind Of Magic Under Pressure Another One Bites The Dust Who Wants To Live Forever I Want To Break Free Impromptu Guitar Solo Now I'm Here Disc 2 Love Of My Life Is This The World We Created? (You're So Square) Baby I Don't Care Hello Mary Lou Tutti Frutti Day-O Bohemian Rhapsody Hammer To Fall Crazy Little Thing Called Love Radio Ga Ga We Will Rock You Friends Will Be Friends We Are The Champions God Save The Queen Reviews: Almost excellent sound! In some parts sounds like recorded too loud but only in couple of songs. Most of the bootlegs from this show has bad errors on CD1 but this one doesn't have them. Early show from the Magic Tour so Freddie's voice is in top shape (again :) ). Before Love Of My Life Brian says that "Some of you come a long way, we appreciate it.." and a male voice nearby the microphone says "F*cking right there!!". That accent is so British as it can be, so some people did come a long way.. Complete concert. Taken from: link Nice show from Paris in 1986 with almost Excellent soundquality! On some songs it seems that it is just a little bit recorded to loud but you will only hear it with headphones. Freddie does some very nice Vocal Improvisations with the audience after the songs Tie Your Mother Down and Tutti Frutti. This is the complete concert without errors or dropouts problems so this a wonderful bootleg to have. Taken from: link Rare recording in almost excellent quality. The only problem are cuts in two or three songs. Freddie surprisingly performed his "vocal improvisation" twice - before Lap Of Gods and before BoRhap; strangely enough NOT after AKOM as usually. Btw. this almost excellent recording does NOT come from the bootleg video. Taken from: / Artwork included (from queencollector.com) |

Agneepath! wrote: whitemanadmin, thanks for arranging this, and thanks to the "nameless" Queenzoner. Much appreciated! Not a problem at all. If anyone else wants to seed stuff, just let me know and I will arrange for the torrents to get uploaded to the tracker. As it stands only myself and Richard can upload to it. You get full credit and post your own message to the forum, I just upload the .torrent file. (Unless you dont want to, in which case I will do it for you) |

A word of thanks: To all the good people who make these files available, good or bad quality. I live in a fairly small town in Florida and getting these kind of albums is impossible. I am English and saw Queen live several times as a kid growing up there and have always been a big fan, so thanks for your hard work and dedication for making this available. |
| jericho05 02.08.2004 20:04 |
At the risk of repeating myself I want to give a great shout out to all the kind people that have shared all this stuff. This is in the great spirit of trading that until about a year ago I thought only existed amongst my jam bands. As Queen was my first "favorite" band I have been in a kind of heaven these last couple months getting some great shows by one of the top live bands of all time. Thanks again! Rob |

| sir vinou 05.08.2005 15:48 |
I was at this show, I was backstage. I think Your Valentine has my backstage pass or my guest pass of this night. Wonderful memories, especially the after show party at "Olivia Valère's" a very famous parisian club at the time. Billy Squier was there and so was Farraw Fawcett . As the DJ palyed "Bilie Ocean's "When the going gets tough" i remember John telling me something about the bass line that was strangely similar to the "Body Language" one. I also recall Freddie pretending pretending to spank Olivia Valère (the owner of the club) He also smoked all my Malboros !!! Later that night I was among the happy few at the Royal Monceau hotel, at the bar ... freddie sung a few songs on the piano ...improvising .. magic !!! |
| queenfan1988 06.08.2005 22:49 |
Well if thats true then your one lucky person... how did you get a backstage pass? |
| Zork 08.08.2005 18:15 |
Could somebody seed it or put in as mp2 224bit on rapidshare please?? Second option is preferred, becouse I've downloaded a Paris 86 video (mpg1) from emule. As everybody know (who has this copy), there are problems with sound in first 20 minutes. I would like to dub it (with proper synchronization ofcourse) with the sound bootleg. When I've done it I will post here a torrent with paris 86 video with a good sound. If rapidshare, may be mp3 instead mp2, but please at least 256bit, becouse I have to convert it again to mp2 224bit. Thanks in advance. |
| Lord Blackadder 10.08.2005 18:05 |

| Lord Blackadder 13.08.2005 08:50 |
I can't believe this. I'm downloading 3 concerts from the Magic Tour and none fo them will finish. I've got Berlin at 89%, Paris at 91% and Knebworth at 99%. It's like a conspiracy. Please seed this. It will take about 20 mins or less for each! Please help if you can. Cheers... |
| michaelkars 17.08.2005 14:38 |
please, I'm stuck at 95.6 %. Seeders needed !!! |
| Walter B. 18.08.2005 12:14 |

| flashalive 19.08.2005 06:12 |
Hello, I guess I am the secret seeder. I had deleted this from my HDD but had it backed up- so I renewed the torrent -unfortunately most of the files on Disc 2 of this torrent are corrupt ? I don't know what the problem is but I will check my CDR copy and see if I can do anything else. Cheers Flashalive |

| Ginger01 22.04.2007 02:51 |
Hi Padilla, i just decoded those two tracks to check they were ok and had no problem, so it must be a transmission error. Could you please try downloading them again, and if there really is a problem i will post them in WAV for you. Good luck! |

Good luck!Hey Ginger, I thought as well so I did delete them and retried, I got the exact same thing, both times their were 3 seeders and I leeched from 2, Im wondering if one other person has a corrupt one and Im getting that one both times. If you wouldnt mind, whenever you get time to make those files in wav on either a different torrent or mediafire/rapidshare. Thanks again Ginger!! |

Hey Ginger, thank you for getting that up, well... I just tried to decode it and it did the exact same thing. I forgot I left the (') or other odd signs in, it wouldnt decode past those, it was the same with NIH, I got the ' taken out and it went through. Thank you very much for your effort on this, if you havnt done NIH, you wont need to. Thanks again Phil |
