Howdy all! I just wanted to share a quick preview of the drawing I'm working on at the moment. This is just a small section of it with very limited coloring (just so I could have a feel for what I may want in the long run). The edges look pretty rough, so they will also be fixed. So, Enjoy, And keep watching this topic in the week to come for the full (and complete) version! :D
Here's the link!: link
LOL! Thanks! It'll be along soon enough... Followed by my new version of the Queen II cover. I did one about a year back, And I everytime I see it, I see something I should have done different. So, I'll be drawing the sketches for it soon (hopefully tonight) and then me and my new pal Photoshop are gonna have a good time! :D
Well, I'm updating my website at the moment and am going through all the pictures I have to see what ones I think are "sale worthy". I'll let you know in a moment!
Okay M@tt, Here are links to the pictures that I am selling prints of, With small descriptions of them. There will be more soon! :D
Freddie at the Rainbow: link
These Are The Days Of Our Lives (color): link
These Are The Days Of Our Lives (b&w): link
Freddie at Live Aid: link
Brian May: link
Thank you all for your comments! I'm very glad that you like them!
For those of you who are interested, the price for the prints is $36.00, US (only $6 of which will actually go into my pocket) each and they will be about the size of two sheets of A4 printer/copier paper, though they will be on one full sheet of high grade paper from a the print shop I will get them made at(most likely kinkos).
The reason for the high price is the cost of the print, the cost of the frame, and the shipping. If ANYONE is interested (and I REALLY hope you are) send me an e-mail at: daniel_corson@hotmail.com and we can hatch out all the details. I really hope someone is interested! :D
No promises, but I might be able to buy one next month. It'll finally be a slower month for Queen releases. No more card sleeves, no more documentary and karaoke DVDs, no new version of Greatest Hits.
Also, I have an idea for one.. how about a version of the promo shot for 'Break Free'. There's already a cute cartoon version of Freddie & Roger in drag running about, but I'd love to see your interpretation :)
Either this one: link
Or there's a standing shot also: link
Stop trying to make money off of Queen! A dead guy, a retired guy and 2 senile old farts who don't know what the hell they're doing anymore.
Just kidding ;)
Well, The picture is done! If you want to see it, click this link: link and go to the gallery. It's all the way at the bottom. While you're there, Read my sales pitch and consider owning a piece of *ahem* history. ;)
Sorry to plug my stuff so much, But, I haven't made a sale yet. :P
