The one Nico Fidenco did for "Emanuelle E Gli Ultimi Cannibali" (aka Emanuelle And The Last Cannibals aka Trap Them And Kill Them).
And Furia, of course !
Oh, and I also particularly like the soundtracks to
Zombi 2
A Clockwork Orange
Extension Du Domaine De La Lutte
Blues Brothers
E tu vivrai nel terrore - L'aldila
The Shawshank Redemption
Requiem For A Dream
M.D. Geist 2
Joe D'Amato's Porno Holocaust
Critics say that the Soundtrack for "O Brother Where Art Thou" is one of the best ever, but to me is the biggest piece of shit to be made into a movie soundtrack.
I think that I'd much rather listen to Britney's new album 100 times than listening to one single song from the 'O Borther Where Art Thou' soundtrack.
To me it's nothing but a hillbilly crap.
Velvet Goldmine
Priscilla, Queen of the Desert
Billy Elliot
Yellow Submarine
The Full Monty
Trainspotting
Almost Famous
American Psycho
and if you're looking for original music:
Rocky Horror
Hedwig (hate everything but the music)

Bridget Jones
Higlander
Dirty Dancing
Billy Elliot
Interview with the Vampire
The Queen of the Damned
Shakespeare In Love
