Hey
I was surfing on the Guns 'n Rroses official website and Slash fan club website and I found a bunch of videos that Brian and Slash or Gun's n roses had worked together.
one was MTV music award in which Brian and Roger represented G'n R but I don't know when was it.Does any body know anything about it?
and there was a video in which Slash joined Brian's band in 1993 and they performed "Tie your Mother Down" in Jay Leno show. How can I get version of the song? if you have it please let me know or uploaded on your website, if possible.
thanks.
The MTV music award was 1992. Brian and Roger presented the Video Vanguard Award to Guns'n Roses. They accepted the award for "best video in a motion picture" (BoRhap in Wayne's World) themselves on the same show.
"Or are Brian and Roger going to hire Axl to tour as Queen and Roses?"
Please not, the FM Tribute Concert was enough Axl Rose for me. His performance made me laugh, but it hadn't much to do with music.
MIR@CLE ...it's right ,Axel Rose couldn't have a good performance in Freddie tribute concert;all of us know it.but I think it's better his performance or other performances (that they replace with Freddie & his singing)not to compare with Freddie.because it's illogical.
you think if Freddie want to sing November rain or Sweet child o'mine or...or other songs of GNR ,do you think he can sing like Axel ?
Freddie is one of the best & greatest musician and a good vocal ,Axel Rose is too.but not to try to compare with each other.
they collected & invited to Freddie tribute for appreciation him.
and I think it's beautiful.
Brian & Roger invited the best of musician cause Freddie is one of the best.
Take a look in Axl's eyes nazila queena. I don't now what he was using but he was definitely out of this world. And he was just screaming, not singing. To me his appearance was a mockery.
brian toured with gnr in 1993 in the usa & possibly europe (not uk) as the guns only played milton keynes that year & disappeard - lol as a support act, the version of tie your mother down was released as one of the tracks on the resurrections cd singles its was cd2 (ive just checked mine)
Actually I think Axl did a pretty good job. In my opinion "We will rock you " was really amzing and I loved it. in Bohrap also he wasn't that bad, at least better than Elton JOhn.I don't know why you guys don't like it.
P.S. Hey Nazila. What dies weather look like in Tehran?
oh...Pouria ,I should say how much I think you are Iranian or no?!
but I still not be sure!your name is persian, isn't it?

During thier 1992 wembley show, Brian joined G n'R for renditions of WWRY - the fast version - and TYMD.
Lets also not forget that Brian (and Roy Thomas Baker) are just two of the literally hundreds of people who have so far contributed to the 'Chinese Democracy' album.
Considering Axl has become almost hermit-like and taking seemingly forever to release Chinese Democracy, Velvet Revolver seems to be the closest thing we have to the glorious ol' Guns 'n Roses. I quite like their first single. And our old pal Slash doesn't seem to age, does he?
The new single is called "Slither". The video is pretty good, too, with Slash and Duff looking as young as ever, somehow. Scott Weiland, on the other hand, looks worse than ever after all his drug problems. He's very pale and gaunt. But he does manage some Freddie style postures towards the end! I'm looking forward to the upcoming album.
It looks like supergroups formed from the remnants of other bands is the new thing to do. Audioslave already proved successful,
