I'm sorry to say I didn't like it. I like Queen and I like Imagine but I think that's a song that should only be sung by John Lennon. I'd imagine Freddie Mercury would be turning in his grave now if someone sang Bohemian Rhapsody

And how many cover versions have there been so far? :)
Thanks fur putting it online, it's awesome ;).
You can hear again how good Freddie could sing.
If you wouldn't know this was performed by Queen you would think it's just a bootleg from Lennon.
So not like when Elton John sang Bohemian Rhapsody, which was like totally off-key, not the right rythm etc.
Hi Togg - as you looked at the stage, I was upstairs on the left hand side, stewarding people to their seats. So I saw the gig AND got paid for it - can't ask better than that!

(assuming this was in reference to the FM Tribute concert)
It wasn't off key... he just sang a lot of it in the lower octave, because it was way out of his range. I think he did an excellent job, considering his range limitations.
Hate to say it but, personally... no me gusta o_O
I just don't think the song works acoustically, though Freddie's vocals sound as great as usual.
I don't doubt the lads could've done an amazing job at this song studiofied, though.
What happened to Elton's voice? He used to sound great before the 80's kicked in. Sad, cause I actually like the stuff I hear prior to that time.
Adam.
