Don't know if I'd "love" to live anywhere, but I'd certainly "love" to "try" living in a few countries, such as U.S.A (or Canada), Germany and umm..hmmm...right.
Inside the U.S.
Wyoming
U.P. of Michigan
Oregon
Outside the U.S.
England
Canada
Italy
I noticed that most people responding have mentioned Italy. Are there any Italians here that would like to give us a reality check? Is everyday life in Italy all it is cracked up to be? Or are we missing something that would temper our enthusiasm?
hey....so many of you want to live in Italy! That's great, you are welcome!
i wonder: what are the main reasons?... food? arts? people? good wheater? sea? well, there are some good reasons, but you should explain a bit....it's nice to see what idea foreign people have of my country.
D.Blythe: i would answer to your question but: what is told around of italy?!?!?! that we eat pasta 24hours on 24? lol :D
ready to give you some suggestions!!
For example, Venice is absolutely a romantic and magical place but...it is one of the wettest town of the world...and the water sea level rising up is very annoying...i never visited it but my parents did, and also some friends of mine: nobody would live there :)
feel free to ask!
1. The Netherlands (I've lived there now for almost 22 years and I still love it)
2. Austria (Beautiful country and very nice people)
3. probably the USA (don't know exactly why)
Why the hell would anyone like to live in Britain?
It's full of illegal immigrants, Scousers, the Welsh, Scots, Cockneys, gypsies, beggers, the unemployable, cocklers and dog shit. (This list could go on for a long time).
Supposedly every person in Britain is worth £80,000 each. Give me my share now and I'll bugger off somewhere warm where you don't have to look down constantly for fear of treading in doggie messages.
I can assure you young lady that the delights of Archie and Flashy on a wet weekend in Lancashire are not...
Hang on you're right.
England is great.
Rule Britannia!

What's wrong with the Welsh?
Alan Rickman is welsh. And John Rhys-Davies (can you tell?). And Christian Bale. And Kylie. (er, scratch that one.)
Croatia (home:)) Still like it here the most, beautiful and clean sea, more than 2000 islands, perfect climate, and in les than 100 miles from sea you got snow and mountains.. could go on and on.
Second, definitely New Zeland
Third, Canada (Rocky Mountains) and Australia (Sidney or Melbourne)
