AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!! It's my opening night tomorrow! I'm so frickin' nervous...this is the first "real" musical I've ever been in, and I can barely walk in my costume, let alone dance in it. link <------ play. It's actually quite a good play. I'm Grace.
How do I settle these nerves!?
Oh...and be expecting pics...:)

The nerves can be fairly rough up until the show actually begins. They'll go away as soon as you get on the stage and it gradually gets a lot easier.
Good luck!
Don't worry Mandy. Just remember that no matter what happens you won't have to go through the embarassment and backlash that Janet Jackson had to go through.
I've never been in a mucical, But I've been in a few plays, all I can say is good luck! It gets easier everytime you hit the stage. :D By the way, Do you have a big part in it?
Thanks, guys :) *feels slightly relieved after eating giant Chinese buffet*
Dan: my part's pretty big, I have one big solo. Resd that summary, it'll explain some stuff.
Best of luck to you! Remember, everyone is human. You have some special talents, otherwise you wouldn't be there. Just relax and think of it only as a fun thing. The world won't end if everything isn't perfect. And if you have any friends who use Prozac, take one 30 minutes before and you won't be worrying about anything.
Before my driving exams a was very nervous. But after watching the We Will Rock You DVD, I had the feeling I could rule the world... And I have my licence now.

'How do I settle these nerves!?'
Have a good toke off one of your mates doobies.....at least that's what I heard works.....
Well, all our performances have been great! After today's matinee, some little girl came up and asked for my autograph :D I was flattered.
The only really bad screwup we had was when our ugly ducklling keeled over from heat exhaustion backstage. Thankfully, it was over by that point :) That school desperately needs air conditioning.
the pics are coming soon. Warning: YOU WILL NOT RECOGNIZE ME!!!
Funny, Margo :) In case you didn't notice, ducks normally don't wear monster red rings and colossal hats either ;).
At least they killed the pink wig idea...
