Having recently downloaded some newer soundfonts (but not finished doing that either) thanks to Adam Baboolal, I'm considering re-working on the project, for a small release (pending Brian's approval) by this Summer 2004. I was listening to the guitar solo on MIDI version of "You Don't Fool Me", and I think that with the new guitar soundfonts I downloaded and used, I think it will sound more real definitely this time. Thanks again, Adam. Also, to ensure compatability with surround sound systems everywhere, I'm not going to go with a DTS CD, but rather a Dolby Digital 5.1 DVD-A/V (Audio/Video combined) version instead, with a bitrate of 448kbps. The DVD Authoring program I have right now does not allow DTS, or more than 1 audio track (in other words, it can only have 1 track being either DD, LPCM, or MPEG), unless someone can find one that I can download (whether free or with a crack either way) that supports multi-languages and DTS...:P |

Do you think a new name will get people to make less fun of you, Dark ? |
inu-liger 04.02.2004 15:28 |
Not really, but at least they can spell it, Pimmy |
Adam Baboolal 04.02.2004 16:46 |
I'll keep an ear out for this one. And hopefully it'll sound nothing like the samples you uploaded before. Mind you, with all the trouble that you'll go to, I sometimes wonder whether just recording guitars (etc.) yourself, would be quicker and easier. Peace, Adam. |
inu-liger 04.02.2004 19:01 |
I don't know about guitars, as I can't properly play those fucking instruments myself. I'm really good at drums, which I will have to use on (assuming I use these tracks) these tracks at least: Breakthru Innuendo Breakthru MIDI is missing cymbals and Innuendo drum roll doesn't sound good even with proper soundfont drums |
Penetration_Guru 05.02.2004 10:14 |
Ina Yashmak? Do I understand that these are now surround sound midis of Queen songs as played with a lot of drums and no other instruments? I propose a new name - Yoko. A talentless person who tries to attach themselves to some decent music. |

Are you always so negative towards him, PG? |
Hank H. 05.02.2004 11:05 |
thanks for the fun. I still don't understand how posts like this one can happen again and again and why. Dark, you're a mystery. |
MexQueenFM 05.02.2004 12:35 |
lol , oh Dark, you and your remixes |
inu-liger 05.02.2004 16:41 |
"Are you always so negative towards him, PG?" He's like that with everyone ever since I never stopped bugging him about the money I sent to him for the you-know-what record that I never got. Rather pissy sod, him, no offense |

I remember when I was Yoko Ono. It was a blast! But John took most of it! h0h0! That..that doesn't make sense. Anywho, keep passing the open windows...you bastards. |
Penetration_Guru 06.02.2004 07:57 |
Yes, Adam. He's been so two faced for so long, and there came a point when I lost all semblence of patience with him. PLus, accusing me of lying and ripping him off, alternating abuse/apologies, and putting my home address on the noticeboard. His pathetic attempts to ingratiate himself with hackneyed attempts at "me too" self deprecation also set my teeth right on edge. He's a cunt, and has no redeeming positive characteristics that I have been able to establish. |
inu-liger 06.02.2004 12:56 |
"He's a cunt, and has no redeeming positive characteristics that I have been able to establish." Mmm hmm, SUUUUUUURRRREEE I don't. Mr. Pessimistic |
Adam Baboolal 06.02.2004 20:03 |
EDIT YOUR POSTS! REMOVE THAT WORD PLEASE... You pair need to get a clue before using that language on a board like this. |

"I remember when I was Yoko Ono. It was a blast! But John took most of it! h0h0! That..that doesn't make sense. Anywho, keep passing the open windows...you bastards." How'd it feel to break up The Beatles, you heartless wench! And you killed John! HE HAD THE TALENT! WHY COULDN'T IT HAVE BEEN YOU! WHY?!?!?!?! |
inu-liger 06.02.2004 23:09 |
I don't believe pessimistic is a swear, if that is what you're trying to imply (sorry if I sound rude) |
Saint Jiub 06.02.2004 23:31 |
Yeah - censorship is always the best way. Yeah - someone does need to get a clue ... |
iGSM 07.02.2004 08:13 |
The experience of a life time! Try breaking up a rock group one day. It's quite testicle grabbingly* good! *Not a gaurentee**. **Not a word. |
Adam Baboolal 07.02.2004 10:11 |
Bullwinkle, you obviously don't think of the young kids that look at this board do you? |
iGSM 07.02.2004 10:38 |
And I request that Dark remove his horrible use of the word 'pessimistic'. It offends me greatly. |
Penetration_Guru 07.02.2004 11:13 |
I refuse to remove any word that Freddie ever used in the presence of children.... |
Lester Burnham 07.02.2004 12:30 |
They're going to learn it one day, I'm sure. My father always called me a cunt, and it wasn't until last week that I looked it up and discovered what it was. Maybe that's why my parent's marriage broke up, because my dad always said I was his "favorite cunt" while he looked angrily at my mother. Good times, good times. |
Adam Baboolal 07.02.2004 12:47 |
The day before yesterday, I wouldn't have bothered to say anything. But when I queried about Johnny Rotten's swearing incident jokingly to my hairdresser, she didn't seem pleased. She lets her child watch the earlier show and that's when it hit me. Sure, doesn't sound like much to a guy like me, but to a mother it's totally different. I just feel like being more considerate to others about it, now. Peace, Adam. P.S. Leave it up if you want, but it'll find its way to some kid and then that kid's parents will hear about it. Oh well. |
inu-liger 07.02.2004 13:33 |
Honestly, I think the only time kids will go to their parents about anything, er, wrong on their PC, would be if they were getting porn pop ups. My sister had problems with Hotmail because it kept sending her porn spam and she went to my dad about it. But me, even when I was 13, I never went to my parents about anything because I never had porn spam (at the time). That was almost 5 years ago. |

I think I'm going to have to agree with Adam on this one. I used to use bad language a good bit, But then I realised that it can be damaging to others. And I also realised that there are quite a few youngsters here. I know ther whole 'freedom of speach' thing comes into play here, But so does being a good example. Thus, I try to find other ways to say what needs to be said... Though I still slip. Now I'll shut up and let you all continue your argument or whatever... |
Maz 07.02.2004 15:12 |
Dark is a pest, unable to learn from past mistakes. I generally ignore him, anymore. PG is right to be pissed at Dark, especially as Dark seems to revel in bugging him. And while I agree with Adam that the word in question (not "pessimistic," Dark) is not exactly child-friendly, there are far worse abuses in the Personal section on a daily basis. Sexual innuendo and denigrating women is par for the course there. It's past being funny, and is down right obnoxious as a whole. And Danno- nice sig, but there are better songs on that album :) |
Daburcor? 07.02.2004 16:54 |
It really is a great album! I bought it recently, But had only listened to part of it until last night. I like the first track quite a bit myself.:p |
Penis - Vagina 09.02.2004 18:38 |
I'm all for swearing, but the 'C' word makes me cringe a bit. I think there's an unwritten rule that only women are allowed to use this word freely. Did ya'll see the Osbournes episode where Ozzy begged forgiveness from Sharon for using it in her presence? LOL As for the more common words, fuck for example. Freddie often used this word himself. It's in mainstream Queen (live) recordings without warning stickers. So is 'shit'. There's even the 'N' word on Queen II (March of the Black Queen). And we've got fully nude women on bicycles in GVH1, so while it's a nice thought to try and be mindfull of younger fans or those who might be offended, they will surely encounter such words during their fandom anyway. |
