I hate to admit this but I've suddenly found myself singing this a lot...
MY MILKSHAKE BRINGS ALL THE BOYS TO THE YARD
AND THEY'RE LIKE... IT'S BETTER THAN YOURS
DAMN RIGHT! IT'S BETTER THAN YOURS
I CAN TEACH YOU, BUT I HAVE TO CHARGE.
only have annoying television commercials for the Women of Country Music in my head.
"Funny Face, I love you;
Funny Face, I need you."
ironically titled Queens of Country Music from Time Life Music lol
I can't think of an example at the moment, but even worse is when you've got a bit of a song stuck in there and you can't remember what it is!
I've found that the only cure is actually listening to the thing, and if you don't know what the song is, that can be difficult ;)
The most annoying one at the moment must be this Finnish song by PMMP, that translates as "show me where your tanlines are". And that gets stuck for days, I tell ya! Another one, that get's stuck in my head, is Shut Up by Blackeyed Peas, but I kinda like that song, so it's okay..
btw, I just love Hey Ya!
"Unwell" - Matchbox 20
"Corduroy" - Pearl Jam
"With or Without You" - U2
That one Slade song that they play on VH1 Classic constantly...
"All The Way From Memphis" - Mott The Hoople
"Glory Days" - Bruce Springsteen
Anything by Train.
Anything by Bon Jovi.
The 'Scissor sisters' awful, hollow version of 'Comfortably Numb' has burrowed into my brain like a rather nasty insect. Whats worse is that, as they are apparently the 'hippest band in the world' right now, we'll probably be hearing a lot more of this, and them, and not be allowed to utter a word of displeasure.
In other news, Both 'Hey ya' and PM Dawn's 'set adrift on memory bliss' are also stuck in mein kopf too, but I rahter like those songs, so thats alright then.
