Hi, there's something that I have in mind since I first heard that song.
In the 1:30 minute of the song, someone says something like this: "Just to know that", or something.
My guess is: is the one who says that line John Deacon? That nasal voice seems to be hims!
no
Johns voice doesn't appear on any Queen album (Maybe he is in the WWRY chorus and the Seven Seas of Rhye outro, but we can never know for sure)
He does sing a lot on his 1996 solo album :P
Indeed, it makes you wonder why he didn't sing lead on any of his own songs. If I had to compare it to someone, it would have to be between Tom Waits and David Byrne.
FriedChicken, Josuecifu meant "Cool Cat fet. David Bowie". That's not in any Queen album. That is a bootleg. And, yes, I fully agree with you about his "Man in the shadows" solo album. ;)
Burnham, add 1990's Bob Dylan's voice to your mix. :)
Cheers,
Ogre-
although that line is more spoken than actually sung

I've searched the net in all search engines, and in kazaa but I can't find the songs from Man in the shadows! I wanna hear John's solo album so where can I find it??!!
Man In The Shadows was a japanese fan club release. Quickly deleted it can now fetch huge sums on the collectors market.
Marcelle Marceau's guest vocals are to be heard to be beleived.
The reason that you won't find any mp3s is that it was the very first album to incorporate anti-copying software.

Even though I already know that that album's not real, I should note that my CD-R burner drive can bypass the encryption on its own...considering it's a few years old :)
My DVD-ROM on the other hand is new and it can't bypass the encryption :P
I already know that John never sung in any Queen song, but it's not sung, it's spoken, and that voice really seems to be Johns.
btw, I'm still confused about that "Man on the shadows" is it REALLY real?? What's it? Does really John sing or is it just a joke?
I think you made it up iGSM, although I'm pretty sure it was with the aid of a Whale Shark, which is actually more accurately described as a fish (the larget known one in fact).
Cool Cat: I don't have the demo right here but I;m sure at least in the album version that the "knew that" thing is freddie.
Bo Rhap: All the 'Magnifico' and 'Let me Go' harmonies are by Freddie
The very low voices in Bicycle, Bo Rhap, Somebody, All God's People, All Dead, etc are all by Freddie
Hey Sebastian. On you webpage, which I find it very interesting and useful (thanks for have made it) you say that in some songs John sings. I don't know if I readed wrong but, is it true?
I do think so, seriously. '39 for example, the 'write your letters' line is three-part, Roger in the high, Fred and Brian in the middle, John in the low one. Although that's way "higher" or "less low" than the parts people use to attribute John, like the low 'bicycle' or 'anybody find me' things, which are all Freddie
