To all Queen fans have you seen the After Eight Orange ad? If you have you will have noticed that the guitar music in the background is possibly played by Brian May. I personally think that BM did do that guitar piece If you think otherwise let me know.
OMG I've heard that ad' and as soon as I heard it, I thought, wow the guitar playing is really good, and it made that song sound really good, and I instantly thought, the same thing as you: 'I wonder if Brian May plays that cos it sounds really good'. However there's a big chance that it could be anyone really. There are a lot of guitarists around.
That is so weird, I really want to download that tune cos it sounds excellent by guitar.
Of course it's not him (he says, hoping not to be surprised by a surprise announcement on Bri's Soapbox tomorrow).
Although, as I think Adam pointed out a few weeks ago, it's obviously heavily "influenced" by Bri.

There is a uk site that puts up the music from popular TV ads ect. It's been over a year since I've been there and doubt I still have the link. I'll thrawl through my links anyhow.
Anyone else know this site?
Try a yahoo search, found it before fairly easy. Gotta go out now.......
So it's not him playing then. I'm not saying it's unusual but there are millions of guitarists who could have played guitar on that ad'. If anyone knows who it is, I tried to email the Nestle company about the question but they wouldn't accept my postcode. Apparantley you have to live in Amaerica, cos it says to specify a state, Hello, not everyone lives in America.
Why is it that when someone records something in Brian's style or otherwise, they jump to the conclusion that it could've been him playing it? It's obvious that it isn't him. For a start, the sound is nowhere near his. The playing isn't and neither is the arrangement. Research, research and..listen!
Peace,
Adam.
