Ya sup playa! musical tastes how cool! yo am well into everyting in da genre generatin musical flows. Queen is ma foundation of it all, but I get into all dem crowds, love da Queen vibe, branchin out to lil beatles lil Presley, lil Marley bit more on... Michael J, and then Branchin to todayz vibe I like shaggy (and all his artistic crew) bit of Alicia Keys, Robbie williams is okay, da Lavigne vibe, she done good fa herself, and loads more, am flex. If ya'll wondering why am flexin so much its due to da fact of 5 years in a military Brass band and am just glad am out lol!! I also play piano/keys, ( all types of Brass obviously)drums n' am learning to Dj Mc, and singing. Damn whats left about me???? lol! |

Well I've been in to Queen for as long as I can remember listening to music. I guess my love of music was sparked when I first heard them way back in '73/74. Other than Queen I have a very varied musical taste ranging from Old Skool punk Rock through to modern Tecno dance. Music is for me all about the mood I'm in at the time. The other band I am obsessed with are: The DAMNED who are the only band I have seen more times than Queen. The DAMNED are very underated and I'm sure a few Queen fans who have'nt heard them or have only heard their early stuff would be pleasently surprised by them. i would recommend anyone to check out their last album "Grave Disorder" Other favourites of mine include: E.L.O. Stiff Little Fingers Foo Fighters Killing Joke Radiohead Muse Pet Shop Boys U2 i could go on for ever.......... |

i never believed anyone who said that disintegration was their best album - until i got hold of it... it's sooo good, i can't get enough of it.... especially "plainsong". when i heard it for the first time i cried because the melody is so special... and sav, it's great to see that we both seem to love the same music! first it was the ark, now it's cure, and then queen :o)))) *hugs sav again* |

Hey Ugly duckling, The Ark are a band that have been influenced by a lot by 70s glam rock. One of their songs on the first album sounds a bit like David Bowie and they also kind of remind me of Queen sometimes. I highly reccommend them. :) Here's a link that will help. link |
