Why don't you listen to any magic tour concert which is pretty the same. |
TieYourMotherDown 16.11.2003 01:38 |
Er not really. There are 11 songs there that weren't featured on the magic tour typical setlists. |
Plengel 16.11.2003 02:59 |

That's a nice setlist, but it's too long... |
Fenderek 16.11.2003 15:15 |
If you went on the gig like that you wouldn't complain about its length, would you...?;-) It was supposed to be ultimate one, the one from your dreams.... In my dreams it's that long:-) |
pouria 16.11.2003 16:25 |
pretend freddie was alive now so he should be 56 years old, how the fuck can somebody sing in a concert with 30 songs? he would be dead by end of the concert. come on people be a little bit fair. |
Fenderek 16.11.2003 16:29 |
It's a dream, OK? And in my dream he can sing for bloody 6 hours!!! And he hit every single note...! :-) |

"1. BIJOU (taped intro)" Dude, thats a lame intro for a concert, A intro has to build up the excitement, like the Flash intro (that one was perfect) If there would be a Miracle tour i'm sure they would've picked the intro (or that symphonic interlude) of Was it all worth it |
iGSM 18.11.2003 05:21 |
I'd like to hear Seven Seas of Rhye...20 times! |
The Real Wizard 18.11.2003 16:46 |
But not 21 times? "pretend freddie was alive now so he should be 56 years old, how the fuck can somebody sing in a concert with 30 songs?" Ask Robert Plant, Mick Jagger or Geddy Lee how they do it. They've played 2-3 hour shows for decades. |
FriedChicken 18.11.2003 17:38 |
but they suck these days :( They can't give themselves to the max, vocally. And i'm sure Freddie wouldn't be able to give himself to the fullest aged 57 |
iGSM 18.11.2003 20:37 |
God no! Not 21 times! That's blasphemous! |
L-R-TIGER1994 18.11.2003 20:49 |
Didn't Freddie say that he would retire at the age of 50?. |
Shane Jazz 18.11.2003 21:10 |
Do you think, at their current ages, that Bri and Roger could perform Stone Cold Crazy? I'd like to see it though! I imagine it tired them out playing it when they were in their 20's. |
nzmaximus 18.11.2003 22:52 |
I reckon those oldies could do over 30 songs. John Farnham's over 50 and he'd be able to cope with it. He just completed a tour that had 95 gigs in it and belted out songs with energy night after night. |
*goodco* 19.11.2003 03:34 |

I imagine it tired them out playing it when they were in their 20's. **** They did an absolutely fab rendition of it in Hwood last year. There's still some miles left in the old 'girl' |

But no one likes 'The Voice'. Voice of a dead mule. It's a fact that no one does. |
slightly Fred 19.11.2003 09:24 |
@jgoodm: I'd like to listen to it. Could you be more specific about date and venue? |
FriedChicken 19.11.2003 11:36 |

The Real Wizard 19.11.2003 12:10 |
"but they suck these days :(" How many recent Robert Plant shows have you listened to? Zero, correct? Plant has done some incredible stuff lately... much better than the Page/Plant collaborations in the 90s. As for Geddy Lee, his voice was in top shape last year. His voice hasn't sounded this good on stage for over 10 years. |

"But no one likes 'The Voice'. Voice of a dead mule. It's a fact that no one does." Oh yeah, that's why he's the biggest selling local artist in Australia, holding the attendance record at all venues he played in Australia, and in the last year was ranked No. 7 worldwide for concert revenues, playing to almost 1/2 a million people and bringing in AUD$54 million. Yeah it must be a fact.... |
slightly Fred 20.11.2003 09:03 |
Thanks @ FriedChicken. 18-10-2002 Los Angeles 'Walk of fame-afterparty'. It's traders only i suppose, couldn't find any of the songs on the net. |

Brian May says that a setlist has to have a shape to it to get the maximum reaction. I would bring back the piano medley. I've excluded the innuendo songs because they were dictated too much by circumstances. Taped intro to Breakthru Breakthru Tear It Up Tie Your Mother Down Play The Game Death On Two Legs March Of The Black Queen Don't Stop Me Now A Kind Of Magic Another One Bites The Dust Under Pressure Invisible Man Brighton Rock Now I'm Here Love Of My Life Las parablas De Amor (on acoustic) '39 In The Lap of The Gods Revisited Was It All Worth It Ogre Battle The Miracle Bohemian Rhapsody I Want It All Hammer to Fall One Vision Radio Ga Ga Princes of the Universe We Will Rock you We Are The Champions God Save The Queen |
