During Brian's Guitar Solo in the video you see several Brians playing guitar while standing on the skateboard. Only one of them doesn't wear sun glasses.

it would be quite clear if the little boy in the video was a Deacon - John's children all look like little minature Deakies!
I'm not sure its likely that they would use their family and friend in vidoes (meaning that they didn't have to pay them.) *cough* Roger putting Debbie on a railway track *cough*.
