As I understand it, Fred wrote the riffs but Brian wrote the solo.

Ogre Battle if I am not mistaken
Fred created the intro on guitar and probably the basic chords; but Brian created all the other Dante-esque guitar parts.
Reportedly, Frederick gave Brian the task of creating a solo for 'Bo Rhap'. Brian sang it to him and Frederick thought it'd be good, so he greenlit it.
The melodic 'Great King Rat' solo may have been created by Frederick, as he was singing it in some of the demo takes.
He also had a lot to do with the guitar parts on 'Bijou'.
But he developed it from a riff which Frederick had created. Presumably, however, Frederick wrote it on keyboards as Brian mentioned he changed some of the notes 'to make it playable on guitar' (or something like that).

Didn't John adopt and raise the baby hitman after it was abandoned by Brian and Freddie?
Yes.

So Freddie didn't write any guitar solos?
not even Bohemian Rhapsody?
As stated above, probably 'Great King Rat' (the first one, using the verse progression). Otherwise, we don't and probably never will know.
Incidentally, I just came across this old Total Guitar interview published in January 2002, in which Brian mentions 'Bohemian Rhapsody':
'The riff thing is more Freddie's than mine. I may have influenced the way it came out, but it was more in his head than mine. The solo's more mine. We'd been working on the backing track and playing with the vocals and everything and I could hear what I wanted to play before I picked up the guitar, which is always the best way. So there wasn't much conscious effort there.'
